Types of Rental Management Agreements
At Armstead Residential Services, we offer different service agreements based on what you need. If you just want property management help, we will take care of it, but we also provide listing as an additional service. Since we are certified real estate agents, we can help you find your next rental property or sell your current one. Once you have found the new property, we will then help you manage it.
Tenant Screening
Finding reliable people to be your tenants is a lot of work, which is why we will perform a thorough screening of all potential candidates. We will start by deciding on the amount we will set for new renters based on your area and the quality of your property. From there, we will list the property and find potential tenants. When someone is interested in the home, we will perform a background check, credit check, rental history, eviction report and other important information we should know. After that is complete, we will present you with your tenant options, and we can even give you suggestions. All that is left to do from there is to take care of the paperwork.
