Experienced Property Manager

Crystal Armstead is the owner and primary property manager of Armstead Residential Services. 

Sixteen years ago, I started my career in property management as a leasing agent. Through hard work and knowledge, I moved through the fold and obtained the position of property manager. I specialize in resident services, evictions, leasing, and resident retention in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, and Montgomery County. 

During this time frame, to better serve my clients, I became a one-stop shop by obtaining my real estate license in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Pennsylvania.

I have established a professional relationship with a network of vetted vendors to supply home maintenance and repair needs.

I am a native of Baltimore and a frequent supporter of local businesses in the area. I love the Baltimore Ravens, and I am the "dog mom" of a Shih Tzu (Pablo) and a Yorkie Mix (Pumpkin). I am also the proud mom of two children who attend school locally at Towson University and Goucher College.
